➤Prints are unmatted and unframed unless a frame and mat are purchased.

➤Check the crop preview in the listing photos before purchasing, as sizes may vary; minimal or no crop if the size is not in the preview.

➤Note that all images, other than the info slides, are computer-generated for visualization purposes only.⚠️

➤Processing is 2-6 business days for unframed prints.
➤Increased time if the photo lab is unusually busy or around holidays.
➤Shipping is 2-10 business days, depending on distance and carrier delays.
➤Average shipping time is 3 business days.
➤Pieces may be shipped flat or rolled, I try to ship flat whenever possible.

➤Cancellations: you may cancel your order within 5 hours of placement. If the item is already being processed, production cannot be stopped. For any concerns, please feel free to contact me.

➤Returns and Exchanges: Returns or exchanges are not accepted due to the unique nature of the products. Prints are custom-made-to order and cannot be resold once they have been produced.

➤However, if you encounter any damage or printing issues with your order, please reach out to me within 14 days of receiving it with photos for a replacement. You must send me pictures of the print and the damage to the print. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and shipped back within 21 days. If you are unhappy with your order or notice any mistakes, please let me know and I'll do my best to make it right.

➤Out of Stock: If, in rare circumstances, the photo lab runs out of stock, I may have to cancel your order. However, I will provide you with a discount code and fully refund your account. Unfortunately, I may not be aware of product shortages until I receive your order.
