I graduated in 2018 with a bachelor's degree in accounting, a plan to move up the corporate ladder, and an eagerness to start my career. Yet not even a year later, my world was flipped upside down. Within four months, I unexpectedly lost my sister, tied the knot (which was pretty perfect), and ended up in the emergency room.

Shortly after, I was diagnosed with an incurable autoimmune condition. I went from feeling normal to feeling like my body was falling apart. That's when my husband encouraged me to do something I've always wanted to do - I bought a camera and discovered a passion for photography.

Fast forward to today, and I'm on a different journey than when I first graduated. I'm on biological infusions, loving photography, and on my path to remission.

I hope the photographs I capture can help inspire you not to wait until life throws you a curveball to do what you love.
